Liturgy of the Word

Children's Liturgy of the Word's mission is to help children understand and find a love for the Word of the Lord, so that they can share the Good News with others. This liturgical program meets twice a month to help the younger children of our community understand Mass, especially the Gospel.

The children are practicing the same Mass that is going on in the church but the more complicated concepts are defined and the Gospel is explained in a child's terms. Related handouts and religious guides are included in the program.

CLOW is open to all children attending the 10:00 AM Mass. Children ages 3-13 typically attend--the older children assist the leaders and younger children. Parents are always invited to attend with their children. Volunteers are always welcome.
